Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hunter was a lot of fun to work with, he asked a lot of questions to make sure he picked shoes that would work best for me. He paid attention to what I was wearing to pick colors that I would have picked myself.
Associates are well trained. My only objection is that they really push the shoe inserts. If I’m spending $100-plus for a pair of shoes, I expect them to be comfortable as is. The shoe itself should give me enough support. If I need orthotics, I will get them from my podiatrist.

I enjoy the knowledge that the store employees have about the products that are sold in the store. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I explained the purpose of my visit to the store and the store associate was able to assist me with exactly what I was looking for. In addition, to the purchase I made at the store I inquired about another product and the associate was able to answer all the questions regarding the product.
