Services were very good and personable. I bought there for my outside job but to my dismay I found out that the shoes were not water proof or even water resistant. Makes it very uncomfortable when it's raining and I M working.

Most recently Lidia was my salesperson and was terrific. She was very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and pleasant. From my experience she is what a salesperson should be.

When i walked in there, I was welcomed with open arms, they tested my feet, and got me on my way to running again without pain! They are very child friendly and didn’t shame me for bringing my terrible two into the store with me. Highly recommend. Great service.

Andy was super helpful! Very patient and really knew what he was talking about. Although they were expensive, I really think I found an incredible pair of shoes! I know some people that have paid upwards of $20 to have their feet scanned like the one at FleetFeet, but they offered it for free & automatically! I had a great experience and walked out smiling!
