I like the fact that the team there seem very willing to assist in finding the right shoe for individuals needs.
My concern is, one of them put me in an 81/2 shoe and it caused a lot of problems for me, I went in and told them the problem, they recommended I lace shoe different, wear inserts, all of which I tried and the pain in my foot just got worse. I went in again and told them I tried another two weeks and I can’t go for a walk without suffering. They then suggested I go from a 81/2 to a 9 1/2 so I bought another pair going up a full size, I ask if they were willing to give me a discount since they are the one that put me in the shoe that was to small and she said no.
I bought the 9 1/2, so far I am happy with this size, I go for a long walk today, hopefully no pain.
They are nice people, I just think for all the pain and suffering I have been through because of them suggesting 8 1/2, if she would have said we can give you a 10% discount, I would have respected that.But to say no, seemed harsh.
Super helpful, informative workers! And everyone that has helped me is super patient. The store will be very busy, but I never feel rushed to find the right shoe. The workers take their time and allow you time to make the right choice in shoe!

Sam was our sales rep in the South County location. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He did not rush me and let me walk around the store as much as I wanted to get a good feel for the shoes I was trying on. He was friendly and courteous. Thank you Sam!

I was in on Thursday, April twentieth about noon at the Cave Springs store. My person ( female / wish i remembered her name ) was SO personable and patient. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a pair of shoes for my hard to fit Medically fit orthotics. They are even my favorite color! I am very happy!

For those who have never had their feet analyzed, I would suggest doing it at least once so that you have proper fitting shoes to potentially avoid issues with your feet, knees, lower back, etc
