The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Never feel rushed. Sam helped us on Saturday at the South County store. Both my friend and I needed shoes, and he multi tasked beautifully! My shoes feel light as air! The tennis shoes my friend tried on fit and Sam helped her with the correct inserts. My friend and I are older and our feet are changing. My friend has planter flatuitis. Sam was knowledgeable and helpful with our needs.

I was not comfortable with the first salesperson. I asked for another and she really listened to me. She took the time for a scan and was able to fit me with a very comfortable shoe in stock. The first salesperson just went by my previous shoe and said they did not have a shoe in my width.

I thought the whole process was very efficient and extremely helpful. Ray was fantastic! It’s an awkward process having your feet measured but Ray made sure I didn’t feel too terribly awkward. I’m happy that I was able to run on the treadmill and walk around. I love my shoes.

Good quality products at reasonable prices. Every time I'm there the staff are always good at their job and are more than willing to help with any issue or concern I have. I have a uniquely shaped foot and it has always been difficult to find a good fit, but the employees there took the time to help me find the perfect shoe. Can't ask for more.
