great customer service -- very friendly and helpful, offered advice when asked, did not make me feel pressured to buy anything, seemed very knowledgeable, and was just provided an overall really pleasant experience. as for the shoes, i have only been wearing them for two days, but they are awesome. i have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for months and after only two days of different footwear my feet already feel so much better! i plan on coming back whenever i need knew running or walking shoes to purchase my footwear in the future!

I like the knowledge and skills of your associates. They are passionate about thier sport/exercise and truly want to get customers the best footware for them.
I have also found them to be very caring and willing to help. Recently I came in to get a heel lift because I have a partially tore Achilles and am in a boot. I am a walker and have no prior sports experience so came to Fleet feet because my hip was hurting because of the boot.
Ray was tremendously helpful with the heel lift, but also outlined other options if the heel lift didn’t work. . He also shared some other very helpful information about keeping my ankle and calve healthy during my recuperation. It the extra help and guidance that makes Fleet Feet truly special!
