The only drawback is the price. The staff is knowledgeable, and I had better service than ever this visit, from Amy. Kind and attentive. Amy took the time to show me options. Didn’t push a wider size than I felt comfortable in as has happened previously. Convinced me the socks were a good investment for my feet, etc.
The sales person was very patient with me. It had been a while since I have been to your store because I had stopped running. She checked to see if my foot had changed and that I had the correct shoe for my foot and that it fit properly. She also asked if I minded the color. The color isn't important to me. It is about making sure the shoe fits properly. I started coming to your store in 2007 and I would come there exclusively for running shoes but then I stopped running in 2017. I want you to know that the staff has changed but the service is still great. Whoever trains your staff does an excellent job.

Maria took plenty if time with me to make sure I got the right pair of shoes for me. I had a few brands in mind and tried them on but they were not the right shoes for me. Marie evaluated my problem feet and sold me the best shoes and inserts for me. I have very flat feet and I'm hoping for improvement.

This is one of the few stores that have foot analysis and fit the right shoe to accommodate your foot problem. The staff is friendly and attentive. No self service and guessing like at the malls.
Marie was the person who assisted me and she was very personable and knowledgeable. She was patient and answered all my concerns very politely. I have been to this location several times and the people who have assisted me were not so friendly or polite….they had a no it all attitude. Customer service is very important to client retention!

500/10 give my guy Matt a raise! He measured my feet with a high tech system, brought out great options that worked best for my feet. Introduced some insoles that helped keep my arches stable while running. I’m blown away!
Staff was very helpful and involved with the entire measurement, fitting and shoe selection process. The suggested footwear fit well and minimized trying and discarding multiple items, though more choices were readily available. I wish I had discovered Fleet Feet sooner. I plan to be a repeat customer.
