Every time my husband and I go into Fleet Feet, the personalized service is phenomenal! Our visit yesterday was no exception and in fact, the associate went way above and beyond in my opinion. He offered to look up the terrain for a race I am doing to make sure I had appropriate shoes and then he even offered to search for an old receipt I needed for documentation purposes. All this in addition to his knowledge, patience, and outstanding friendly service made for a terrific experience. This is why we keep returning to Fleet Feet!

Matthew was very helpful. He made an old lady feel very comfortable and at ease. He didn't pressure me. He offered more then one option for my problems. Which were many. When I arrived, he told me up front the price range of all the shoes, which I knew from looking at shoes before going to the store. My Podiatrist recommended you to me. I also called the next day after having an issue with my foot. Matthew actually was more helpful then my call to my podiatrist office. I will definitely refer my friends to you when they need help with their feet.

Everyone is always super helpful in the stores and very friendly and knowledgeable. Product line is on point with what I need to fulfill my running needs. Love the sock sales and I’m almost always going to find something else to add on when I stop in to pick up a race packet.
Very nice a very helpful in all aspects. I asked alot of questions because I didn't know what kind of shoe I should be wearing for my feet and how you guys do the foot scans and really help the customer understand what our feet need was suburb. Love my new shoes thanks to you guy!!!
