The scheduling is very flexible for busy lives, and when you do work there are always support systems even though you are working "alone". It's fun to hang out with seniors and care for them as well as learn about them.

NND has been very understandable, and appreciative with me and my work, my schedule has been very flexible adapting to my busy life and I always have very good clients, and the support of case managers and the on call support available to assist me whenever i need it

Great and friendly staff. Hours are flexible, which is key for university students. Also, NND really does care for their employee's safety, health and over all wellbeing. There are also inservice which help us learn more about how to handle situations, care for clients and increase our knowledge of health.
