The biggest reason for giving 10 score is my manager, care coordinators, and all scheduling team members, they all are exceptionally supportive, respectful, and always there when you need help, whether its regarding care plan of your client or hours. They all acknowledging kindness and helpfulness. They are giving me opportunity to meet new clients with different needs everyday, which is great that is helpful for my skills improvement and to get success in my career. and also on every visit our manager send us email that signifies that someone has received a message of appreciation from a client who has taken the time to call the home care office to say what a difference the nurse’s work has made to them.
I am really enjoying working with nurse next door and doing my best to bring happiness in our clients lives.

I love working at Nurse Next Door! The staff are really amazing!! One thing I love about NND is that they are so flexible with my availability! I also love that they try their best to give out as many shifts as possible to staff. Nurse Next Door has a very welcoming team and makes each new worker feel like part of a big and happy family. But most especially this amazing team is very flexible and understanding. They understand that before being a member of the team/family u might be a mom or a dad and when the need arises for u to be with your kid(say an emergency),they make that absolutely possible.

First of all, Nurse next door is the amazing, great organization where everybody can work freely without pressure. I found the NND has more supportive, friendly and flexible environment. All team members are so supportive and caring.Secondly, I got a chance to provide the WOW customer service to the different residents. All clients that I have met were nice and lovely and all care team members are awesome as well as I learned lots of things from Nurse Next Door, for example; How to build up an interpersonal relationship? how to maintain?How to make them happy and by yourself? how to make lives better? etc. I am learning a more valuable thing in my life.
