Training and support is outstanding
There is a Care Services that is available 24/7 to help out employees. The shifts that are available are 3 hours for short shift & 12 hours for longer shifts. Providing excellent client service to WOW them is their top priority.

The administration is well organised in making sure that all the employees are well trained to meet the needs of clinets. The training that I had today made me undertand even better how I can organise my shift with at a client's place to make them happy.
