It is flexable, and if for some reason your pay dont get to you on time they will hand deliver it to you at your job or at your home. If you have another job they will call you, if you are available, some places if you get another job they dont call you again,I like that.

As an employee, I like that we are allowed to be professional as well as personal with our clients. Allowing the employee and client a relationship that ultimately develops into one of trust is very important.
The office staff and managers are friendly and are always there to answer questions and really listen to ideas and changes in care for our clients.
