The biggest reason is that, I work with Nurse Next Door for almost 10 moths and I have never had any problem with my co -workers or my clients. the hours are flexible and i can make my own schedule, a huge draw while going to school! so accomodating! its such a versatile job, different clients and locations keep it interesting everyday! everyone at the office is so pleasant, helpful, and easy to deal with, you get so much support! the programs are simple and so easy to use. the companies core values are something you can really support and be proud of!

They do not only see the challenges that a person is going through,But they see persons as unique individuals that requires different support,They also listen,to their Clients and families,their employee.and make sure that employees are a good match working with client and there families,they also keep a regular check on care plans make adjustments that is needed to the care plan to improve the well-being and life of persons they are supporting.
