I wish I can give a 11 but I chose 10/10 because working in Nurse Next Door is just an awesome job. The staff cares for the employee as well as in giving us the chance to choose the dates and hours when to work. I’ve been recommending Nurse Next Door to my friends and will always will because of the high standard of care that we provide to every clients must be spread and be a good example to other companies :)

I gave 10 because u guys care about ur clients and employees there’s no day I called and the phone was not answered. There’s always someone answering the phone and answering ur question. I like the fact that u make ur own hours or the client can work through to see what hours fits them most. I have already made a video on my Facebook talking about Nurse Next Door and how mazing this company is.
It’s a great company to work with,
As an organization NND is well organized and committed to both clients and employees. My hesitation to recommend NND as a place to work is the uncertainty of hours available and the constantly changing work hours. On one hand this is convenient for someone who wants flexibility but also leaves one wanting for work at times. So, I would just caution someone about this in recommending NND as a place to work.
At NND they realy care for their clients and workers by giving us the best support and understanding. And the flexibility to work effective ly mdking everyone happy and safe
Why? Because our talent is CARING!!!
Everyone is so fiendly and nice to you when u need anything from calling in sick to advice about a client. There r lots of inservices and training classes which keeps you up to date on things. Nice incentive programs. The only downfall would be the low wage. It should be at $17-$18 per hour.

The staff at the Calgary office is a awesome team to work with,they see each worker as a important and valve member of the team,they also commend us for our works, show appreciate which is a drive that pushes employees to preform. Great team leaders are the most important part of any business.
