I like the company because they care about their clients and employees. They are very caring and always make sure that everyone needs are met. The staff are all treated like family, I must say that Nurse Next Door is the best company I ever work.
They are super at working around my schedule and maintaining a regular routine for me if needed. Also, the wage is competitive and I am paid for overtime which I can't always find at places. Not only that but this job gives me room to grow and provides me with a great learning experience. This is a job like no other.
