It was very easy to book an appt., w/updates via text. Actual time to complete full cleaning of two BR w/closets was quick. Carpets did stay wet for about 24 hours but the place was empty so it wasn’t an inconvenience (not sure how that works w/busy families who use the rooms). Tech was considerate & respectful. I’ll be scheduling for Zerorez to clean my furniture soon.

Pricing is reasonable. Our carpets weren't very dirty but you can tell and feel the difference. Also, absolutely loved the person that came to our home, Charles. The sweetest man ever and if I get them cleaned again, I will definitely request him.
