The gentleman who did our carpets (I forgot his name, sorry) was AMAZING! He was patient, explaining all the options and solutions to the problem areas I needed to be addressed. He was so very polite and courteous. Outstanding service. And the carpets look new! Wonderful experience!!

Yes. I have some spots that have reappeared but much less than originally. The person who cleaned my carpet said it was probably down in the padding and that would be more extensive cleaning to get them out. They are just like shadows and I do want them gone. I guess I need to call your office to get that process started. Name removed
