My husband and I had our carpets and a couch/loveseat set cleaned at 305 Galloway Drive. I set up the cleaning so my kids and dog would be gone for a few days afterward. We were extremely pleased with our technician's (Ethan? I think) work ethic. He was very thorough in answering our questions and walking us through the treatment process for our cleaning. He also informed us of other service options that day, or for any future treatments.

Our carpet is somewhere in the neighborhood of 15-16 years old and still seems to be holding up well. Carpet feels and looks great since the treatment. We definitely are pleased and won't hesitate to call again for future service.
