First, you have the most incredible carpet cleaning service I have ever had in my home! Whatever the cleaning agent used, it is capable of removing the worst staining imaginable & yet it is totally safe for humans & animals. The service representatives who came to work on the carpet were wonderful - kind, professional, efficient and helpful. The 2nd and 3rd attempts to remove the stain were nice, in that the carpet dried quickly. The problem is that the Zerorez treatments did NOT remove the stain from the carpet. I finally pulled it up and the stain was very evident on the backside of the carpet. This does not inspire confidence, especially as the stain was from food.
