The gentleman did a great job on my sofa and white chair. I can not believe how my dirty white chair looked after cleaning. It looked new. I am very, very pleased with both.

The booking process was fantastic and easy. And the outcome in my home was everything I had hoped for. The best part of it all was my technician Jan. He was incredibly professional, a great communicator and respectful. He took great care with our home and did a great job. If there's such a thing as requesting the same tech each time I would do it. He's a great guy.

So much cleaner and little to no lingering smells from either our carpets or cleaning products.

Charles was unbelievable. We had a different technician (Joe) come out and his water line/hose broke, and he rushed the job, was unable to clean the couch as planned, and didn't offer us additional walk services (spot cleaning) or do a walk through. So, I was left very disappointed because I have used your services in our prior home and was very satisfied. BUT--I called to see if I could reschedule my couch cleaning and get another technician to re-service or home. Charles came out within a few days, and it was EXACTLY the service I expected the first time around. Everything was to a high standard and there were no corners cut. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone to reschedule everything was amazing. I cannot remember his name, but he was patient and kind. He rescheduled my home very quickly and explained what we would be responsible for and that my satisfaction was important. My home did not smell of harsh chemicals and it made me feel safe to have very young children around within a few hours. Charles needs a raise. You need more of technicians like Charles.
