I want to highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Ethan came out yesterday and he was super nice and very professional. We had a really bad urine stain (that had been cleaned by us multiple times) left by our dog repeatedly spite urinating by our master bedroom door when we would close her in there while we were away. Well, that stain is completely gone now!

Anyhow, I can’t recommend Zerorez enough. They are great!

John was very nice and polite. I like that the carpet dries faster than some of your competitors. It was a few spots left on the carpet in bonus room but that carpet is 20 years old so I didn’t know if they would go away or not and they didn’t but other than that s fine job.
