Prompt courtesy service and a good job
This is my third time using Zerorez to clean my carpets! I have dogs and they were able to clean up several pet stains with no leftover residue or funny smells. The techs always arrive in a timely and professional manner, explain the process, and get right to work. I know I can always trust Zerorez to clean my carpets the right way and it's affordable/no hassle for me!
they always do a really good job at spot cleaning and are careful not to mess up other floors in the house, however the cat urine smell doesn't always come out.
