He was careful to explain what he was doing and I watched him as he proceeded to remove those spots in my carpet which is winter white in color and told me what not to use myself if I tried to remove the spot myself and what is best to use.

I have used several different carpet cleaners over the years and this was by far the best cleaning I have ever had.
