I have used several different carpet cleaners over the years and this was by far the best cleaning I have ever had. Your serviceman was able to effectively remove year-old pet stains from our carpet. That was impressive. Also, he was very polite and friendly. I gave a 10 because of the excellent job and customer service, but his claim that the carpet would not be very wet and would dry in 4-6 hours was greatly exaggerated. It took about a day and a halt.
