Just like advertised! Made appt online, rec’d email confirming appt time, technician would call when he was 30 minutes out. Which is exactly how it happened! Jose then looked at carpets, made suggestions, cleaned carpets, had me inspect his work and job well done!

The service and the level of care in the upholstery cleaning service completed was top notch. We really have our guy a run for his money considering the state of our couch before he came out but he got the couch looking as good as new when he finished up! Love too that the materials used are eco friendly.

I love that your products do not have harsh chemicals and are pet friendly. The customer service received from the time I scheduled the appointment to the time tech Kevin W finished the job was beyond great. Kevin W was also super friendly and took the time to become friends with our 4-legged child as well which is not something I’ve seen others do when they come and complete services in our home.
