The were friendly, thorough, on time (early), the products used cleaned and deodorized my carpets and upholstery. The pet odors were gone as were the stains/marks. Ryan did an excellent job.
Our tech was on time and did a wonderful job on the carpets. We used ZeroRez for our rental that we just moved out of and the carpets turned out so clean, way better than what I could have done!
Directions didn't get to the tech from my online order. Had to give him a code and restate which rooms needed to be cleaned. Other than that, the Tech was extremely polite and did a good job!

We like how most of the stains come out and stay out. They do not resurface! This time around there were some spots that came out after when I worked on them myself so I am not sure why or how they didn’t come out when the service was provided.
