The cleaning person was a little bit early which impressed me. He got here right at a couple of minutes before the time frame that they gave me. He was very personable and efficient! Carpet looks 100% better. I like the fact that I can walk in my bare feet after it's over. Thank you!

Friendly worker!

The were friendly, thorough, on time (early), the products used cleaned and deodorized my carpets and upholstery. The pet odors were gone as were the stains/marks. Ryan did an excellent job.

Our tech was on time and did a wonderful job on the carpets. We used ZeroRez for our rental that we just moved out of and the carpets turned out so clean, way better than what I could have done!

Directions didn't get to the tech from my online order. Had to give him a code and restate which rooms needed to be cleaned. Other than that, the Tech was extremely polite and did a good job!
