First of all the product is pretty incredible. I was very pleased on how well it did at lifting out the dirt from our carpet. There are a couple of extra soiled areas that didn't come totally clean but they look much better now that before ZeroRez. There are also a couple of voids that were missed by the suction device, I was able to blend them in with some spray on cleaner. These small voids were a testament to how well the ZeroRez process works, as those voids did stand out as subtle darker areas. Secondly, the technician, Charles, was very efficient, as well as a genuine pleasant person. ZeroRez is fortunate to have him representing their services,
