Kevin was very professional and friendly. The carpets were cleaned quickly and were dry within a couple hours. My carpets looked like new and the whole house smelled cleaner and fresher.
The team at zerorez has always done a great job on my carpets. I have kids and pets leaving stains on occasion. When the zerorez team leaves I have clean and soft carpets again. I have used them 3 times in the last 4 years, and will continue to call on them.

Communication prior to appointment was excellent. Their rep arrived on time and was polite and professional. There really is NO lingering smell! Other than the carpets being cleaner - haha - you wouldn't have known they were here.
