Ms. Carol was incredibly accommodating in scheduling a time that worked for us. We moved into a new home and when the close date was pushed, I had to cancel our original appointment. I scheduled a new appointment for 2 weeks out and then we were surprised to close on the house within 1 week of the original date. Ms. Carol called the manager to see if the technicians could squeeze in an additional customer on 1 days notice - which they were willing to do for us! She watched out for cancellations and ended up calling me with an even earlier appointment. The technician was courteous and called well in advance of arriving at our home. I was also so happy that within 4 hours the carpets were 90% dry! I am so glad I chose ZeroRez for our new home. As I watch my little girls play on the carpets, I know that they are not being exposed to harsh chemicals. God Bless!

I liked how punctual they were at arriving at my house. He was right on time. I appreciated the walk through and time spent on explaining what was going to be done and the purpose it would serve. I also really appreciated the employee not trying to over sale unnecessary products to me. He did an excellent job in a very timely manor and made sure everything was satisfactory.

Wine stains (red wine, of course) were successfully removed and the carpet looks great.

Friendly staff, no soap so no 'crunchy' carpets after the cleaning

All the carpets look wonderful sine being cleaned and the system of no residue should help them stay that way longer.

However I think you should devise s system to help protect hardwood floors when workers are dragging hoses and wands over them. There were many scratches left behind. Also when the hoses were pulled around corners, the baseboard paint was chiped where it was painted and there are nicks and scratches where there are wood corners.

Worker was on time, got to work immediately and did fine job. Only suggestion I have - tell workers to have plenty towel rags to wipe up their footprints as they walk on wood floors (or tile)between carpeted areas. Took me some time and effort to clean up his dried footprints (and that's a problem for we seniors).
