No chemical residuals left in the carpet and chemicals used are ECO friendly and pet friendly. Technicians were courteous and professional. They got right to work and kept on working at a high rate of pace.

My carpets look great! Even the heavy traffic area that did not come out great the last time we had it cleaned looks almost new. However, I just clicked on "mapmywalk" site, as I recently downloaded that app, and was disappointed to see a lower price advertised by Zerorez for the same service I received. "3 rooms plus hallway for $119." I paid $129. I know it's just $10, but I think business ethics require full disclosure about the best price being offered anywhere.
I love that it is 100% safe for my dog to be in the house after the cleaning is done. I also love how quick it was. Trey was the person that came out to clean a few rooms for us and he did an awesome job! Very thorough and particular about the process. You could tell he was completely invested in doing the job right. I will definitely be giving you guys a call next time my carpets need cleaned!
