I haven't been home either time Zerorez has come to the house, but my wife has mentioned that in both cases the techs were a bit too chatty for her liking and that, for that reason alone, she'd would request a different tech if given the opportunity. Friendliness is appreciated, no doubt, but there's a limit when it comes to constant attention. Overall, good service though.

As a matter of fact Alexis and Shawn will b back on Friday to do the wood floors. They made the tile floor look like new, grout and all.

That fact that you don't use soap and the process took barely an hour with no hard sell for extras.

First time using zerorez. I like that toxic chemicals are not used. It was easy to schedule. Technician was punctual, polite and quickly went about doing the job. Offered me the opportunity to inspect. Showed me where wear and tear on carpet had made it impossible to to plump up the fibers. All the stains are gone and looks brighter.
