Our Tech was Shawn. He was very helpful in explaining exactly what he was doing and how long it would take to clean our carpets. Then he showed us a sample cleaning of a sofa coushion and it was amazing how clean it came. So we decided to let him clean the sofa and love seat while he was there. We were very happy with the results. I'm so glad we called Zerorez for our total house cleaning. Thanks to Shaun also for his professional job.

No chemicals

I like that there were no chemicals used. The zerorez tech that came to my house was very thorough and did a fantastic job. I never thought the stains in my carpet would come out but they did!
