We just purchased a rental house that had been neglected for quite some time. The tile and grout were especially disgusting. All the flooring in townhouse needed replacing, but we decided to try and clean the tile because it was in several bathrooms and main areas. We heard from a friend that Zerorez may be able to help. We called and Zerorez were able to come out in just a few days. The tile was black, however when we pulled out the fridge we noticed that the grout was actually beige. Zerorez worked their magic and the floor actually looks much better. More beige than black, which is exactly what we were looking for.
