I like that they tried several different techniques to get stains out and then left instructions for future stains.

Came out promptly after I made the initial request - the technician was extremely nice and explained everything very well. The carpets look dramatically better - and what I like best of all: there was no chemical smell or smell of any kind! We are very sensitive to scents and chemicals and this service has nothing other than a mild citrus scent on the pre-treat that was not irritating in the least! We had an amazing experience - I just wish I knew about Zero Rez sooner! I will definitely use them again!

Shawn is the Zerorez tech that came to our house to clean the carpets. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything that would be done and asked if I had any special areas of concern or wanted pet stain treatment. I showed him the areas of my concerns and he went right to work. He was quick, but very thorough. I am very pleased with how our carpets look, but even more important, I am very pleased at how they smell. The rooms smell fresh and clean. It's been a long time since they smelted that way. I had 3 bedrooms and a hall cleaned. Worth the cost. Thanks Zerorez. First name removed.

The courtesy call in advance of our scheduled appointment was very nice. (It was also the tech that would be coming to the house who introduced himself on the call instead of a reception just marking a name of the list.)

Our service tech was on time and friendly. He explained the cleaning procedure in detail and answered questions that I brought to him.
