Good customer-focused approach by on-site service provider; appreciated initial explanation of what process involved; answered my questions thoroughly and professionally; completed work in promised timeframe; explained options for further carpet protection including cost and benefits of these options; explanation and offer but no high pressure sales for additional work.
Only concern was communication with office staff. Appointment was for us to be contacted between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon about service provider being on his way. After no contact by 11:30, we called office who said they had been trying to reach us through 3 contact numbers we provided but they had not been able to reach us. At 12:20, the on-site service provider called to say he was sorry for calling late but had been held up by first customer of the day requesting much more work after he arrived on site. He said he had no trouble reaching me at the number we had provided. I am left with the impression that office staff were blaming us for them not meeting promised timeframe rather than honestly explaining the reason for the delay

I like that Zerorez uses high powered water and no harsh chemicals. They do a wonderful job. I have used other companies that use chemicals and I do not see why anyone would choose to go with such a business when there are companies like Zerorez available that do a stellar job.
