i heard the Zerorez ad on 97.9 and decided to give the gift of carpet cleaning to my daughter for Christmas. I easily set up the appointment over the phone with customer service. Anthony, the technician, was very professional. He called in advance and arrived on time. He detailed the steps he would be taking and the process. I give him 5 stars. I like the fact that there are no chemicals or detergents used with Zerorez and the carpets look great. There were some unidentified stains in one room and Zerorez got them out. Even the high traffic areas look good. My daughter was very pleased with the results.

My son said the technician explained the steps he would be taking and the process. He was very professional. My son had bought this home a year ago and had the carpets cleaned then. The technician showed him how much dirt he was extracting and the results are amazing. We like the fact there are no chemicals or detergents used. He will only use Zerorez in the future.

The professional approach to the job and interaction with the customer is second to none. It has restored my faith in believing there are still company's that aren't to big to use there size as an excuse for poor customer service and still providing an amazing product at a very affordable price. Kevin my technician was very knowledgeable about the services that Zerorez offered and did a wonderful job. Our carpets looked after the cleaning as good as the day they were installed, simply amazing. I tell friends, anyone can squirt water on your carpets but only Zerorez will get them clean don't waste time or money on the other guys.
It was fast and he did a good job. Also, he was very honest about what he could and couldn't do and therefore we changed what i had cleaned. i really appreciated him telling me that my kitchen floor would not come clean so i did not waste money on having it done. This also allowed me to get other carpeted areas cleaned that i wasn't going to do.

Our carpet had not been cleaned in a year and our bedroom had a path that was very evident. After the carpets were cleaned by zerorez the path was gone. We appreciate how nice the gentleman was that came into our home to clean. He was very courteous and explained the total process of the way he would clean. We will use zeeorez again. First of all, I like the technician. He called to let us know he was on his way, he showed up very promptly, he had slippers for his shoes and good manners. He was very articulate and explained everything to us. He worked quickly and quietly, did a good job. Nice fella.
