The two technicians, Alex and Dave, arrived promptly, introduced themselves and asked for a tour of the area we wanted cleaned. They explained the system and the advantages and began to vacuum the areas and spray the carpet. When I said the job was to include vacuuming all the upholstered furniture, it became obvious there was a misunderstanding between myself and the representative on the phone about the scope of the work. Dave quickly showed me the standard prices and we agreed upon a fair price. They did a wonderful job on the furniture, much better than I could ever do.

Cleaning the carpet was done efficiently and our 13 year old carpet looks like it still has a little life in it.

The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant and the courtesy extended by Alex and David was exemplary.

For some reason the scheduled time was not able to be met, some confusion with the scheduling people, but spoke to the GM and all was taken care of. The tech Chris was great, did a fantastic job, and was very helpful and informative. We were definitely happy with the results.

The man who came was professional and very well versed on the company and the product. My carpets look much better and he educated me about proper care of my carpets and hardwood floors.

I love that zerorez uses only orange peel and water to clean my carpets. It smells wonderful, and I don’t have to worry about chemicals with all of my grandchildren on the floor. They were in and out in an hour and a half and my carpets, that I thought needed to be ripped up, now look brand new.

My service technician Kevin,went above and beyond to treat and work on years of stains in my carpet.He was respectful of my house and took extra time to thoroughly clean the spots. He listened and addressed the issues that I had. I was extremely pleased with the results! I will definitely use Zerorez again!

I love the service. Feel like the quote I was given to do strip the wax, clean my floors and then apply the new coating was pretty high...in fact we were up to $1000 before I was even provided the new coating price.
