Nice technician. Good customer service and work ethics. He came to help the company on his day off. Was not aware of my condo needing portable machines... because the person who scheduled this with me did not even inquire with me on the possibility of tjiz need. BUT the technician that came out by himself was able to do with MY help wad needed to get the job done. I had a different carpet "cleaning" company vome out 2x in the past month to clean my carpets. They only made the carpets wet...but the technician with your company actually cleaned my carpet!!! I have much respect for your company because of the efforts and professionalism of your technician... Daniel Canfield!

I have an older small dog that we have problems with during the night. I have your company come about every 3 months and they do a fantastic job. It's the first company that can get rid of the problem without leaving me a horrible chemical smell behind that's just as bad as the problem itself. I also have emphasized the extracting is so important and your guys do a great job. My carpet is usually dry within the same day. Others have left me with damp carpet for days.

The gentleman that came out was well informed and knew the product and process. Explained everything he did and made sure I was happy with the results before he left and if there were any questions. If anything came up or I saw a spot he may have missed he assured me he would be happy to come back out and take care of it. I was exceptionally pleased with the results of this cleaning.

The empowered water did a very good job on two mattress and a sofa that had been dirtied by my son's black lab. He liked lying on them and once jumped on them with muddy feet. They all look great! Your employees are very courteous and told me of other services you offer. You desperately need to offer specials on more than carpet cleaning. I have additional upholstered furniture I need to have cleaned but have to wait.
