Client Testimonials

They use no chemicals. They worked really hard to get my carpet just how I wanted it, including coming back to retreat some stains that reappeared.

A good job with no chemicals used. Very professional. Reasonable price.

The cleaning works and is not too wet.

Friendly and professional serviceman.

Great prices.

Excellent service.

Completely pleased with results.

Our carpeting never looked better. The cleaning was so thorough. Spots and high traffic areas turned out the best we've ever gotten from a cleaning company. We are so glad we chose to try zero rez. Jace Anderson, our technician, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He showed he really cared about the results we got. We will definitely use zero rez again and ask for Jace.

Chem free and looks great

Anthony called to let me know he was coming. He arrived in the time frame I was told he would. He was kind, humble and considerate. He answered all my questions. He took his time and did a very thorough job. We were surprised and pleased by how much better the carpet looked afterwards. Will have no problem recommending Zerorez to others. Charlie

Customer service and quality work

I love that there is no smell from the cleaning solution. There is a huge difference in the before and after too.

We felt very confident in the recommendations made by Alexander, our technician. We would invite him to our home again. We entrusted him with two rugs to clean in the shop.

Service was very good. The technician was very thorough and informative. He was wonderful.

Jordan did great job. Carpet looks great. Thanks

I have used many carpet cleaners, but Zero Rez is by far the best. Thanks to Kevin, a businesslike employee.

Did an excellent job of cleaning carpets in reasonably short period of time.

Charles was awesome

The cleaning technology, no soap or chemicals.

First of all, I liked your price of $99 for 3 rooms and a hallway. Very reasonable!!! Zerorez made out also, because you only had to clean about 500 sq ft, give or take, and it only took about 45 min., because of furniture, clutter, and non-carpeted areas. Secondly, Charles did a GREAT, PROFESSIONAL job. He was on-time and courteous, and thorough. Thirdly, my carpets look GREAT and LIKE-NEW. This is the second time for me and REZ. I will definitely use you again, and I want CHARLES to be my tech...

Everyone was pleasant. The tech was well informed and did his job well. I wil certainly use Zerorez again

I have now used your carpet cleaning services twice. Each time I was more than satisfied
with the results. The serviceman was very careful with my furnishings and did a great
job with the cleaning of the carpet. I am sure I will be calling you again when the need
arises.

Good job

Professional, on time, kind.

We are always satisfied with the great job they do.

Alexander did a great job! He thoroughly assessed our carpet. He was courteous, prompt and professional. Cleaning was quick and easy - and my carpets look AND smell fantastic.

Your people are always helpful, polite and do a great job. My carpet is always better.

They did a great job once again. Husband extremely satisfied/

They are user friendly

My expectations were far exceeded by the results. Carpets are “new like” again. My sofa, love seat and chair were on the way out due to being so dingy but decided to give it a cleaning just in case and wow! Sofa, loveseat and chair look brand new all over again. I’m simply amazed! Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an outstanding job. Would absolutely recommend Zerorez to everyone.

No chemicals used. Love that it dries quickly.

Carpets look great. Chris was very professional.

Our carpet looked great and the technician was very thorough.
