Jordan was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and presented options without pressure. He answered all of my questions, a lot of questions, with a smile. He worked wonders on my carpet. The pre-treat he used was amazing. I honestly didn't think some of the stains would come out and was prepared to settle for clean. Jordan got All of them out.
The carpets look clean and feel clean. The service man was extremely knowledgable and could answer all my questions. I did not feel pressured by a sales pitch but rather more informed. Alex has been to our home on 3 occasions and could make recommendations to get the best result. Our carpets are 20 years old but they do not look it! I am s big fan of Zerorez!
