Technicians were on time and courteous, as knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process.

Cleaners were prompt, thorough, careful yet completed job quickly.
My only complaint is the person who called to confirm appointment did not clarify that the 3 room deal did not include bedroom closets. I did not have a hallway so they did not charge extra, however closet should be considered in the room unless it exceeds square footage limit.

The tech is polite and professional. The carpets are clean and not soaking wet when they finish. It is completely dry in 3-4 hours. You can walk on it immediately with no worry.

No order or wet musty smell after they have completed the process. Good service techs and they do work very hard to clean everything.

No chemicals, the orange smell is great and the excellent good job done by your absolute best technician.` Mr. Charles Pitts was the absolute best. He took the time to ensure my carpet was clean to my satisfaction and was so professional.

I like that you don’t use harsh chemicals and the cleaning regimen is effective. I also like that it is a fairly quick and noninvasive process. The service man was very courteous.

Good fresh cleaning on carpets. Techs are always nice. A great tech takes pride in their work and I have had several of them using Zerorez.

Charles was very careful, polite, courteous, and professional. He took his time and was thorough. Everything looked great (except some residue on my chair he cleaned. I think he failed to do the back of the seat and the liquid he sprayed on, oozed on the back of the seat and left a stain. The front of the seat has residue along the front. The seat itself cleaned up very well. I will have it looked at when he comes back to do my other rugs at another time.

The tech was prompt, courteous and did a very good job getting dirt out of our stairs that I didn't would come out completely. The special price of $99 for 3 rooms (or in our case 2 rooms and stairs) was a great deal.

I would have given a 10 except that the hose knocked a walkway light down breaking the shaft. It could have been easily moved before the cleaning.

That said, we will use Zerorez again for our carpet cleaning and give our recommendation.

Service is excellent! Alex was very Thorough and explained everything he was doing and even made some very helpful suggestions. He did our carpet’s and it looks like they’re brand new! Then we had him back the following week to clean out our air vent ducts. I highly recommend them!
