The two young men performing the cleaning services, Jas and Jason, were truly professionals who paid attention to every detail of the job and went the "extra mile" to ensure that the customer was satisfied with all of their services. I was truly amazed with the transformation of the dirty metal vents - after the cleaning process the vents looked like new! I will absolutely recommend Zero Rez to everyone I know that is in need of duct cleaning or carpet shampooing services. I truly appreciate the level of customer care these two young men gave to me and my home.

Very good cleaning system. We had a little attitude problem with the first technician Jordan and had to send him away but Chris, the owner was on the phone with us in minutes and personally came out to do our carpets. Excellent service, excellent company!

We started using Zerorez when we lived in Phoenix and now count on the excellent service they provide in Nashville. We have always been pleased with how great the carpet looks after it has been cleaned. We have dogs and the pet treatment that is offered is great.

Carpet looked great once done. Service Tech was careful to not damage things and took great care of our home during the process. He explained everything he was going to do and what he was capable of doing. We did not elect any options at this time.

Generally, I am pleased with the service. The price was reasonable. Do I feel the difference between your method and other methods? Not really. I had expected a quicker drying time but I wouldn't hire again based on the alone. Nothing bad to say. It was a painless appointment.
