The tech was fantastic and very pleasant and knowledgeable. Charles worked hard and represented your company well. I have never paid anywhere near this amount to have my carpets cleaned and I do it twice a year. My neighbor also had hers done and was upset with the price. First of all, I liked your price of $99 for 3 rooms and a hallway. Very reasonable!!! Zerorez made out also, because you only had to clean about 500 sq ft, give or take, and it only took about 45 min., because of furniture, clutter, and non-carpeted areas. Secondly, Charles did a GREAT, PROFESSIONAL job. He was on-time and courteous, and thorough. Thirdly, my carpets look GREAT and LIKE-NEW. This is the second time for me and REZ. I will definitely use you again, and I want CHARLES to be my tech...
