Very happy with the job and the place smells great.
I think they oversold my Mother and would have liked to have been present but we are very happy with the results.
Sad part, it rained on the day I moved and now the stairs are dirty again.

I like the level of cleanliness I get and the fact that I don't have to wait long to be able to walk on the carpet.
I do not like the set up of your web page that does not alloe me to put in rug measurements. While my internet quote was $110, the in person quote was $312. Ridiculous.

I was very pleased by the work the technician did. The last time I used Zerorez the results were not good. I conveyed this to Justin my technician and he said he would take care of it. He did an awesome job!!! I would refer Justin and Zerorez to my friends. Justin said he had just moved to TN from UT. Glad he made the move.

Fresh clean smell. Carpet was soft and fluffy.

Wanted to try a different way to get our carpets cleaned and Zeroez offered that. The tech was professional and jovial. Completed a 3 room and stairs cleaning in about an hour. Upon completion, the floors looked great and not sopping wet, so dry time should be half of what your traditional steam cleaning should be. Will see if any stain come back or post cleaning problems occur...
