I do wish somewhere in their notes they were aware or my order would have shown that I came to ZeroRez because of the ads on 94 FM The Fish - I told the cust. rep. when I called to schedule the 2 appointments that I wanted the advertised discount (this month is $119 and a free hallway cleaning). If you are going to advertise "deals" you need to connect all the dots...how I did I come to call you? Provide me the benefit and commend your sales team as the ad worked!

We had great ease both in scheduling and in the service. Our provider arrived ahead of schedule. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable.

The technician, Shawn, explained all the steps for the cleaning process and provided an estimated time for completion of his work.

Professionalism of the service provider, particular of making sure all possible soil causes are addressed, care of moving items, timely fashion of getting the job accomplished, flexibility in scheduling. I will have to wait to see if soil from below the fibers rise due to not getting out all of the soil from the carpet pad upward.

The technician kept his time frame, did excellent work, talked for a while and worked with me in getting the price down.

We have used Zerorez in the past and were very happy. Therefore we chose Zerorez again. And you use no chemicals. Once we get moved we plan to have Zerorez clean furniture that is currently in storage.

The two guys who came over were professional, thorough, demonstrated to me what I needed.
I thought one bedroom, being closed off, had no cat urine in the carpet as I could not smell anything, but we have air fresheners everywhere so people do not know we have cats. Boy was I surprised to see all the urine in the appetizer with the blue light!
We are considering having them back every six months rather than once a year. Carpets are so much cleaner and softer.
