We could not be more happy with the Zerorez service we received! Trey (I think), the Tech. that performed the service was completely polite, professional & thorough! Everything he did was explained beforehand, and he solicited our evaluation of the job once completed. The 2 areas of stain we had were completely resolved, and have remained clear 1 week later! We heard about Zerorez on the radio, 99.7 WTN, and they delivered amazing service and quality, at the price advertised. Completely worth it! We will use them again without reservation!

The technician was actually early...which was nice! And he jumped right in, explained what he would do...and did it. He was very careful to make sure I was satisfied with the work prior to leaving. He did a great job...and I will use them again!!

My carpets are so clean when you are finished. They look like new. There is no harsh odor or overly sweet smell; just clean carpets.

Your employees are polite, friendly and do a very good job.

I like being able to request an appointment online. I like that you call when you are on your way to my house.

Great customer service. Tech was very knowledgable about carpet, gave recommendations on how we could maintain the lifetime of our carpet. He also explained additional service and products to assist with our house maintenance. He did a great job!
