The ease of scheduling, the timely manner in which it was completed, the friendliness of the technician, the knowledge level and experience level of the technician far exceeded my expectations. The fact that he had/has personal experience with children and the carpet stains they create helped him treat my carpets more effectively. The dry time was quick and the smell it left in my house was pleasant and clean. I will be using zerorez in the future! No more competitors for me.

The service guy was very nice and very knowledgeable.However, I was not informed when I called for the appointment that they would not be disinfecting the duct work. The service guy apologized and said that I could get it done for an additional 10 dollars per duct. It was already quite expensive just to have the ducts vacuumed out.
My carpets look almost brand new - that’s remarkable for carpets at least 6 years old with pets on them. No odor from the carpets or cleaning. The technicians were so professional, polite, and helpful. If this is typical of Zerorez, I’ll never use anyone else !!!!!
Service technician Jase was professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. On November 8, I had carpets cleaned by a hard-working tech (can't remember his name) and a manager (Chris, I believe) that was there to observe. I overhead interaction between the 2 and Chris seemed to chastise the tech for not doing something a certain way. I don't think this should be done openly as it humiliates the tech and makes the manager appear pompous.
