The product was better than the advertising...our 15+ year-old carpets are SO clean and fluffy, it is incredible. The entire house was left smelling clean and fresh, even though there are no chemicals involved. The service was incredible... Alexander was so polite, efficient, helpful. and knowledgable--his service is highly recommended. We will greatly recommend this company and its people and use them for ourselves in the future.

Zerorez does an excellent job. They have dependable employees, especially Anthony we were so lucky to have him do our carpets. He not only does a great job, but he has a great personality to go with it.

I had seen ads for Zerorez on Talk of the Town (WTVF channel 5) many times. I had read very positive reviews online. Making an appointment was easy. The young man who did my carpets was very professional and knowledgeable. The results were amazing. My carpets look brand new. I actually referred Zerorez to my friend who had his carpets cleaned the day before my appointment and he was also thrilled with the results.

I've used zerorez for carpet cleaning many times and love the way the carpets feel and look after cleaning. I have a 130 pound house dog so my carpet gets REALLY dirty. Austin makes it look good every time and I'm sure it will make my carpet last longer. Yesterday was the first time I've had my tile and grout cleaned. It looks like new. I simply cannot believe how good it looks. I will absolutely add tile and grout cleaning to every visit. They come on time, are super respectful, fast and thorough. I will never use anyone else.
