I like how easy it is to schedule online plus the follow up by Zerorez to ensure all was in order. Add to this the courteous technicians that excel at communication and do a superb job cleaning our carpets. The end result, clean carpeting, is of course the goal and Zerorez delivers on that, too.

Charles was great. Very informative and explained everything to me.

Carpets that were cleaned were very clean afterwards--- EXCEPT for one spot that did not come clean for some reason. Could not see the spot til the carpet dried and then it was very obvious.

Charles was very courteous and efficient. He did a great job. Not sure why that one spot didn't come clean - it was the same stain as the other spots on rest of the carpets and they came clean. ......However, the carpet that didn't come clean was a different type of carpet. That might have been the problem.

After my cat had seemed to have destroyed my carpeting, I didn't feel as if there was any chance that the carpet could be even remotely revived. However, Zerorez proved that the impossible can be made possible! The technician was fabulous! He took ample time to discuss with me the different options, make suggestions, and then made sure I felt comfortable with the final price. Then he went to work and created absolute magic! I can't believe how wonderful my 20-year-old light beige carpeting looks now! I highly recommend Zerorez!

Pro, efficient and reasonable. Answered all questions and was very polite in doing so.....

Most areas look good now. Pathway in bedroom is not as light as I would have liked. Most of the carpet was dry in 6 1/2 hours except for some spots in bedroom that were not a high traffic area. The pathway that I expected to get lighter was dry in the 6 1/2 hrs. There is no spell to the products, which is good.
Kevin, the Tech, was very friendly and good about dealing with a picky person. He explained things well to me.
All in all I thought it was kind of expensive. Over time I will determine if the product is worth the money.

The technician did a very thorough job cleaning our air ducts. I am very satisfied with the service we had done.
