My most recent service I can not say the same. My carpet was left so saturated it took two days to dry. Once it finally dried, vacuuming did not revive the carpet.
We walk barefoot often and the are patches that are hard as if too much cleaning solution was used.

We were very impressed with our technician. He was so pleasant and did a great job, considering we were his last job of a very busy day. ( I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name because of a hearing problem) Next time we will ask for him specifically. The receptionist at the reservation center was especially pleasant and helpful. All in all a great experience considering it’s a major job of preparing to have your carpets cleaned!
