I like that Austin called ahead -- 1/2 before arriving. He was thorough and efficient in his work … our carpets look beautiful even where they had had some darkening in the heavily trafficked areas. Austin was able to treat those areas with a restorative spray to help keep them looking nice. .. We've been Zerorez customers for 4-5 years and have always been pleased ….in addition to carpet cleaning, we've also had Zerorez blow out our HVAC ducts and power wash our deck -- we've been pleased with all.

I am very impressed with the result! Our carpet was very old (not sure how old - was here when we purchased the house in 2012) with several spots with stains. I truly did not expect the stain to go away, but it did! Carpet looks and feels great. I wish I'd done this sooner. Kevin was very professional and prompt. I'd definitely recommend ZEROREZ!

I have used your service in the past and was very satisfied.
My most recent service I can not say the same. My carpet was left so saturated it took two days to dry. Once it finally dried, vacuuming did not revive the carpet.
We walk barefoot often and the are patches that are hard as if too much cleaning solution was used.
