They really get the floors clean

Great technician worked really hard to get some really old stains out. Showed up on time, good prices. Carpet looks great, and it was really dirty.

I like that they are chemical free! This is super important when you have little kiddos walking/crawling around. Every time I’ve used them they’ve been prompt, professional, and thorough. Can’t ask for anything more.

We have always loved the quality of work done by the employees of your company, both in performance and professionalism. Our carpets always look great when they are finished. I would like to say however, the tech who serviced our home this past week (Charles) was exceptionally outstanding. Thanks you Zerorez for having a great group of people in your organization. Being someone who also has to employ service oriented people, I know how difficult it is in the current job market.

Loved the education about cleaning carpets and the ductwork. Alexander and Bobby were professional and did a great job. Our carpets are clean and soft. I will only use Zerorez spot cleaner and know what not to use on my kitchen floors. I did not know that the cleaners I was using on my kitchen floor were actually causing dirt on my carpets. Alexander explained it clearly.
Zerorez corrected the last carpet cleaning by another company. It had left my carpet stiff and very wet. The carpet had soiled quickly.

We will be calling Zerorez for air duct cleaning soon.

Charlie was very professional and took the time to explain the cleaning process and then proceeded to do a great job with the cleaning of our carpets. They look great!

I have used you the past 4 times I've had my carpet cleaned. Alex came this last visit and cleaned my carpet and I've never seen it so clean. It actually looked liked it did when I first moved into the house 15 years ago. My daughter moved home with two large dogs and I have two dogs so there is a lot of dirt brought into the house. I thought I was going to have to have my carpets replaced but after it was cleaned, they were like brand new. Alex was so knowledgeable. He told me I had a really high grade carpet and it would probably last another 10 years. I was so happy. I could not honestly believe the results. He was the best. He didn't try to oversell my on anything that I didn't need. I have shown pictures to all my friends and family and they cannot believe what Zerorez did. I highly recommend you guys to everyone!
