The product was very nice and sterile. You didn't have to use my water which is a plus to me. The stains were gone very quick. That showed me that Alex knew how to use the product effectively and professionally. The service was AWESOME! If everyone is like Alex, this company can go very far. He started by giving me knowledge about the product and what it can do. He was very nice and patient about my questions. He knew all the answers to my questions. He communicated very good and there were no surprised at the end. Everything he said he was going to do, he did exceptionally. I've told family, friends and co workers about your company. And my co worker called today (10/30/19). My sister in law will be the next to contact and make her appointment too. I will also be calling to make my next appointment for other rooms later. Alex was great to work with.

Chad was very professional, efficient and thorough. He explained the process prior to beginning the cleaning, telling me about the fiber content of my carpet and how it should react to the cleaning. As he finished each room he asked me to look and let him know if it met my approval. When I saw a small area that needed more attention he went over it again, then applied a special solution to that spot. When he was finished it looked like new carpet. I was pleased with the overall cleaning and like the idea that within 30 days if spots reappear I can notify them.

My carpet actually feels clean and looks restored without the chemicals

Everything was handled promptly and professionally from beginning to end. When I called, I received an e-mail confirmation of the date and time. I also received a reminder call a couple of days before my appointment. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was extremely polite and did an excellent job. My carpets were lightly soiled because we have 2 dogs and the high-traffic areas were matted down. When he got through my carpets looked like brand new and there was no chemical smells - actually no smells at all. I am very pleased and will definitely recommend Zerorez and should I need future carpet cleaning, I would call them.

Ethan Vaught was great! Called a head to let us know he was running late from traffic but made up for it on site. Carpets in the house were pet stained with strong odor from previous owners. Great results. Looks, feels clean with no odor. Will be able use the carpet for a lot longer before we have to replace.
