They listen to you, don't try to sell you things your car doesn't need. They recommend services but your never pressured to buy the service. There prices are in line with most companies if not better.

The work I need done is started on time and completed on time. The price is reasonable, and there's no ridiculous mark-up on parts like at a dealership. Precision always notifies me if they find something unexpected, and asks for prior authorization before performing additional work. That's about all one can reasonably expect.
