great waiting room, friendly staff and most importantly you're not jiffy lube lol. the last time i went there they took my filters out to upsell me and ended up letting dust get into the engine and the car shut down as I tried to leave the parking lot. y'all seem like you actually know cars and care about your customers.

This precision tune is like my extended family, I believe in the service provided, I know that my vehicle is in good hands when I leave my vehicle, I can leave it knowing that I don't have to worry about being overcharged and under-serviced, I know that any major decision about my vehicle is shared with me before any work is started, which gives me the opportunity to decide how the team will proceed. They never start work without your approval, instead the team helps you prioritize immediate safety needs versus future maintenance, ensuring you stay safe on the road without any budget surprises. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant and homely; I love how I'm treated as their customer!

The service here is great. I'm always greeted in the parking lot with a handshake, which I appreciate because it tells me I'll be taken care of even if the place is busy. Service is fast and thorough and I never feel like I'm being sold something extra or unnecessary. This is the only auto shop I go to for both my vehicles!
The general manager helped me with my oil change, and I had an air filter and a cabin filter with me and he put them in for free. He was very accommodating and professional, and just a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this company!
when I dropped off the car they said to would take about 50 minutes. It was done in about 40 minutes!!
