I have numerous health problems. I was in Physical Therapy but I felt like we had reached a plateau. I signed up for 30 sessions with Ftness together. I could not be happier. The trainers are very compassionate and try to work with each customer within their limits and push them when it seems to be what is needed. unlike Physical therapy, this practice works the total body within the customers limitations. The staff take time to work with me, however are conscious of how far to push. I have worked with Dan who is great. He reads the exercises that I worked on in my previous trainer. Dan has been my main trainer and I have been surprised at how attentive he has been to my specific needs. Dan has structured exercises that are fitted for my individual needs. I love this facility and would recommend it to all body types. if your goal is to loose weight or get in shape, you will find your work out home here.
I’ve trained with many different trainers at Fitness Together. You can’t go wrong —they all have Helene improve my fitness. And if you want to box—there is no one better than M’Kel!

I started at FT in the beginning of September and have had a wonderful experience! The gym is so clean with small amenities like bottled water, Powerade, snacks, and scented towels (which are refrigerated and my fav after a workout). The staff are very kind, skilled and, accommodating.

Fitness Together Dana Point is like a big family. Everyone is very welcoming, supportive, and basically a lot of fun. Even though we are doing very challenging workouts, I do not find it daunting and still very much enjoy the whole process. The atmosphere of the studio just makes me feel like I am in it together with friends. The trainers are all very professional and knowledgeable and yet fun people to be around. The workouts, which are very individualized, continue to increase in difficulty as I progress and vary to keep things interesting. I cannot say enough good things about Fitness Together Dana Point.
I love the one to one coaching . I have had the opportunity to work with every trainer and they are all so knowledgeable and caring. I love the challenge of my sessions and the hard work is definitely paying off-I have lost more than 10 lbs and at 5 inches and have plans to continue improving my health, stamina, body and mind as long as I can. Thank you Fitness Together for having the patience and expertise to do the things you do-I love going to the gym and all of you feel like family!
The trainers are wonderful and so easy to work with. All three are very personable. They challenge me (in a good way) and help me to see the progress I'm making that may not be otherwise noticable
Really like the personal approach at Fitness Together studio in Sudbury, working with Justin for the past months becomes an awesome routing I'm looking forward towards, it's nice to have a trusted personal trainer and always knowing that he will challenge you enough but also care about your wellbeing and long-term success. Huge kudos to owners Dawn and Josh for aligning me perfectly with Justin, and many thanks to all for adjusting to mine irregular schedule that forces me to be out of town quite often but still making time to get on these awesome sessions to achieve my personal fitness goals.

The custom design of the exercise program is really well thought out. The plan changes focus frequently enough to improved my overall strength and agility. I notice a difference in coordination and balance in my everyday activities too!

Highly personalized workouts with a 1:1 trainer for the entire workout. Every month the workouts change completely to ensure you are consistently challenged and all muscles are worked. The quality of the trainers is top notch. Each of the three I’ve worked with have been personable and encouraging while also challenging me to do more than I think is possible.
The team is very attentive and can adjust to personal needs and injuries.
The team actually cares about you, and listens. They work with you to create a program that is customized for your needs, issues, goals, etc. Given my negative experiences with other gyms and personal trainers over the years, what FT does is very rare and therefore very appreciated!
The deliberate and pointed care “in the moment” whether in a 1:1 or pack session. I also appreciate the random “check ins” - how’s cardio going, how’s nutrition, are you sleeping, any pain present, did you eat breakfast, etc.
Extremely flexible! Personalized exercise plans. Great people.
What is most important to me is consistent progress. And your trainers listen and adapt (to modify for injury etc), which also means a lot to me.
I love the trainers! I like the variety of exercises. And it’s working! My strength and balance are much improved, I’m more flexible and sleeping better.

Everything is top-notch. Understanding, patient instructors who know what they're doing and take things at an appropriate pace. I would have to work hard to find something to criticize. It's been a great experience for me.
Trainers are well educated in workouts geared for a wide variety of clients. I always feel encouraged to try something new or do "one more rep". My shoulder pain is gone, my balance is greatly improved and I am stronger than I have ever been. If there is something that I don't want to try, there is always an alternative exercise that is suggested. And maybe last week I said no and this week it's like, "let's try it!" Thank you for helping me be vibrant and flexible.
